AI, cloud computing and growing network traffic are placing increasing demands on the infrastructure connecting data centers, communities and markets. Fortress’ NextGen SMART ILA addresses these challenges through a standardized, modular alternative to traditional precast infrastructure, designed for faster deployment, greater flexibility and long-term scalability.

Supporting low-density, high-density and mixed configurations, the platform enables consistent deployment across multiple sites while accommodating evolving network requirements. Its architecture supports a 600 kW day-one design, scalable to 1.2 MW, with 400 to 800 kW of ICT capacity across the platform.
